Rates: $115.00 (off season) and up to $225.00(high season)
Our affordable rates are based on double occupancy plus Applicable Sales tax.
Additional charge per person is $25.00.

To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of your lodging is required.
We will gladly refund a deposit on four nights or less if cancellation notice is received
at least 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival, less a $25.00 service fee
per room.
On a five or more night stay, a non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required.
If you cancel your reservation within our cancellation period you will be responsible for all or part of the balance due minus any rooms we re- book. Remember that we do not allow pets..
There will be no refund if you decide to terminate your stay early and no subletting the room.
Cancellations must be called or mailed. Emails are not always reliable.
Check-in Time
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you plan on ariving after 7:oo pm, please notify us.

Smoking is permitted on the porch only.

A 2-night minimum is required from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and weekends
in April, May, September, October, and November.
