Apartment 1 IS AVAILABLE for 2012 Dreams Park Rental.
An efficiency with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, bathroom with tub/shower and a full kitchen, A/C, cable tv, wireless internet and laundry facility available.
A week's stay(Fri. to Fri.)is required from June thru Aug. Rate is $835.00 plus tax.
A deposit of $300.00 is requried at time of booking. Cancellation fees apply
1. If we receive a cancellation notice 60 or more days prior to the reserved date of arrival, the full amount of the rental payment will be refunded, less a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the Full Rental Fee.
2. If we receive a cancellation notice less than 60 days prior to the reserved date of arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-book. In that case, the rental payment will be refunded in full less a Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the Full Rental Fee.
If you decide to terminate your stay early there will be no refund and you are not permitted to sub-let.
